Foodco will initiate the required action immediately; given that the issue is reported within 24 hours.

Yes, simply go to the order history, tap on the order you’d like to repeat and choose reorder/view, from there you will be able to add all items to the cart, edit the order as you wish and submit it.

You can follow up on your order by contacting our customer service team if you didn’t receive call from the Driver for delivery. In-case you received a call from the driver for confirmation, you can contact the driver directly for follow-up.

You can make a first order as a registered user or guest. For your first order, browse through a wide variety of products or search for a particular product and add it to your cart through the add to cart icon. Review your order, fill-in your address, mobile number (your personal information is treated confidentially. For more information please read our privacy policy), select the preferred payment method and delivery time, and then place your order. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order from Foodco.

Orders cannot be modified from the app or website once they are placed. We take feedback regarding quality very seriously and we are always truly sorry when we hear we haven’t met your standards. At Foodco we strive to offer you the best service, from product accuracy to timely delivery. Our goal is to perfectly fulfill all of your orders. Unfortunately some items may at the time of your order be actually out of stock. When an order is placed our team checks the requested items and make sure the inventory is available for the time of delivery in order to send you a confirmation of the order. However, in case some items are out of stock, the customer service team will contact you to check if you would like to replace the out of stock items and/or remove the item from the order and/or reschedule this item for another delivery when the item will be available in stock.

At Foodco we do our outmost to deliver within the promised time. However, a delay may occur due to a high influx of orders or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases Foodco will notify you in case there are any delays in your order.

We accept online credit card payments. Cash &/or partial payments are not accepted. Cash on delivery is accepted also.

Yes. You earn points while shopping online. Your points are accumulated in your account and your points can be redeemed as discounts online and via your mobile application. Every 25 points give you 1.00 AED.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses and specify which one to use at checkout.

Yes. When completing your order, you can leave a note with any delivery instructions.

Yes we do. We request our customers to give the boxes from their previous orders over to the driver upon their next delivery. Boxes are collected and sent for recycling on a regular basis.

There are 2 delivery slots on daily basis: 
• Slot 1: 9 am - 1 pm
• Slot 2: 1 pm - 7 pm

If no one is at home during the agreed delivery time, we will do our best to contact you and reschedule the delivery at another preferred time. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave the order at your door.
