Currently we are only delivering to Abu Dhabi and Dubai only in the United Arab Emirates. Free delivery is applied on orders above AED 75.

1. All products that we deliver to you have gone through our own quality control checkpoints and are deemed to be in good quality &/or functional when shipped.
2. During deliveries, if you are not available at the specified address, the products ordered will be considered as delivered, and you must accept all financial and legal responsibilities arising from ordering a product to an address where you do not exist.
3. All orders are shipped out by our logistics team. Delivery is usually to your address as defined in the order details but there may be instances where this is not possible due to location limitations or local laws. In this case, we will contact you to ensure a location where orders &/or products can be delivered to you.
4. You should provide the correct name and proper address to which the product ordered by you should be delivered. In case the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we may try to find the correct address to complete the delivery, however, under such circumstances, we assume no responsibility for our inability to complete the delivery. If the address is incorrect, or if delivery can't be completed, then a surcharge for extra cost might be imposed on you.
5. We will do everything to meet the delivery time specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will make sure to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
6. Delivery fees for food items and non-food items will both be applicable for one order if both types of items are included in that order.
